Business Pathways, in partnership with Knapp Resolutions, presents the Navigating through workplace conflict video series. Tailored specifically for doctors, this series of short videos offers valuable resources and insights, empowering doctors in addressing and resolving a wide range of workplace conflicts.
Short video resources: Navigating through conflict management
The 10–15-minute videos offer physicians the flexibility to learn at their own pace about a range of important topics, including conflict theory basics, critical conflict resolution skills, and strategies for understanding and navigating your role in common workplace conflicts.
Each video in the Navigating through workplace conflict series reviews a real-life scenario:

Physician group: This scenario involves analyzing the conflict between senior and junior members within a physician group, focusing on the fundamental concepts of conflict theory.

Clinic staff: In this scenario, we will delve into the conflict arising from differing working styles between a physician and an MOA. The primary focus will be on employing conflict resolution skills.

Hospital dynamics: In the final scenario, we will explore the concept of the drama triangle and its manifestation when a physician supports her team in response to another physician's problematic behavior.
