Doctors of BC named a top 50 Best Workplace in Canada for fourth year in a row

For the fourth year in a row, Doctors of BC has been named one of the top 50 Best Workplaces in Canada, ranking at number 43rd by Great Place to Work. 

At Doctors of BC, we’re especially proud of this accomplishment given the challenges of the past year. As a team, we pivoted quickly to keep our employees safe and support our members, while not losing the strong “better together” culture that underpins our success. 

United in our commitment to making a difference for our doctors, this achievement reinforces our strong culture and service-driven team. As an organization, we work hard to support our members with relevant services, advocacy, and programs, so they can provide excellent patient care to the people of BC, which is especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Over the past nine years, our employees have participated in the Great Place to Work surveys, and the feedback has helped shape our organization and improve the way we work with each other, or doctors, and our partners.
