Review Committee

Advances in medical technology and changes in medical practices demand that the Fee Guide and its fee structure be modified so as to maintain or enhance its relevance. As a way to ensure that the Fee Guide remains live as well as relevant, the Doctors of BC's Constitution and Bylaws contains a provision that any decision of the Board of Directors with respect to a recommendation of the Tariff Committee may be appealed to the Review Committee by any Section of the Doctors of BC. All decisions by the Review Committee are final and binding on all parties involved and are to be made in a timely manner in the context of the Doctors of BC/Government of BC Agreement covering the Fee Guide and its fee structure.
