Log in hereA Physician Services Committee (PSC) is created to replace the Liaison Committee and to take over the general oversight and management of the agreements and the relationship between the government and the BCMA.
The PSC is given authority to address quality of care complaints where they have not be resolved locally and where the physicians or health authority ask for assistance. The PSC has a range of tools to address such disputes, including advisory panels drawn from an established roster. This replaces the Task Forces in the Second Master Agreement.
