Negotiations Coordinating Group

The Negotiations Coordinating Group (NCG) is responsible for making a recommendation to the Negotiations Forum on the mandate; including the strategic plan, core objectives, proposals and Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA) for all provincial negotiations, and for supporting communication between the Statutory Negotiating Committee (SNC), and the subsidiary negotiating committees during provincial negotiations.
