The Compensation Model Consultation Committee is an Ad-Hoc committee composed of representatives from both the Government and the Doctors of BC.  A new committee will be created for each specific compensation model, from a set of pre-selected physicians, to provide an avenue for both the Government and Doctors of BC to develop a new, mutually agreeable compensation contract for physician services under the new model over a relatively short period of time.
