Doctors of BC's Physician Business Services Program hosted a webinar on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, with Knapp Resolutions. The webinar focused on equipping participants with the tools needed to handle stressful confrontations when a patient or colleague accuses a doctor of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
Many challenges stem from a fundamental desire for mutual care, visibility, and appreciation. Although intentions don't always align with their effects, adopting a proactive approach can foster an environment conducive to meaningful conversations.
