So much amazing work is being done by doctors across the province. Daily they show up to care for their patients, make a difference in their communities, and help build a stronger health care system. May marks Doctors of BC’s annual Awards Month, dedicated to showcasing this amazing work and recognizing those who have made extraordinary contributions to medicine and/or their community, who have dedicated their career to improving the welfare of British Columbians, and who inspire those around them.

If you know a colleague or mentor who has made a difference; a medical student or resident who advocates for a stronger healthcare system; or an individual or group working to make BC a healthier, safer place to live, then please consider nominating them for one of our Doctors of BC awards:
- Dr David M Bachop Gold Medal for Distinguished Medical Service
- Dr Don Rix Award for Physician Leadership
- Doctors of BC Silver Medal of Service Award
- Changemaker Awards for Medical Residents and Students
- Excellence in Health Promotion Awards
CMA Honorary Membership Award
