Cast your vote!

I am writing this to all members of Doctors of BC. On the morning of April 24th, members received two different electronic ballots for two different processes.

The first relates to your ability to vote in the election for the Doctors of BC Officers and, for some members, for their District Delegate(s).

The second relates to your ability to vote on a series of five proposed amendments to the Doctors of BC bylaws.

Both of these issues are important – they affect who represents you and how your association functions.

I urge all members to take a few minutes, read the necessary information that will enable you to make an informed decision, and cast your vote! Your opinion matters, and your voice on these issues is important. We know that engaged physicians are better able to influence positive change, so please engage on these issues and express your choices.

If you do not vote, other members’ votes will decide the matters for you…
