Upcoming Events
Notice of election: President-Elect
On Monday, October 30, all eligible members will receive an email inviting your participation in the upcoming election for President-Elect. The voting window will be open from October 30, 2023 until 11:59 pm on November 30, 2023.
President-Elect candidates
This year, the following two candidates are running for president-elect:
- Dr Charlene Lui – Family Physician
- Dr Caroline Wang – Family Physician
Candidate platforms will be available on Doctors of BC’s website as of October 30, 2023, and will also be included on the voting website.
President-Elect online forum
Doctors of BC will be hosting an online forum for the two President-Elect candidates on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. To register please click here.
How to cast your vote
The email invitation will come from ElectionBuddy and will include a link to the external voting site and all necessary login information.
All ballots cast will remain anonymous. The information will be encrypted on the ElectionBuddy server until voting closes, at which time all identifiers will be removed and only the results will be sent to Doctors of BC.

Members will be notified of the election results on Friday, December 1, 2023.
