BCMA.org has a new-and-improved look

Members may recall a President’s Letter asking for participation in a survey regarding the BC Medical Association’s website, bcma.org. Your responses played an integral role in identifying areas for improvement on our website, and we thank you again for that feedback. 

As a result of that feedback, the BCMA is currently in the midst of a large website redevelopment project. It is a long and complex process involving multiple phases, and we are hoping to launch the new bcma.org by 2014. In an effort to improve the member experience, the project will address navigation, functionality, design, and usability of the site.  Stay tuned for further updates on this project over the next year!

In the meantime, you’ll notice we have made some interim changes to refresh the overall aesthetics of our website. Colours, images, and graphics have been updated in an effort to modernize the overall look and feel. Changes also include, in accordance with a recent Board Resolution, the addition of a detailed and easily navigable BCMA committee directory. The site’s structure, sections, and functionality have not changed, as the larger website redevelopment project is in the works for launch in early 2014.
