Doctors of BC named top 20 Best Workplace in Canada

For the third year in a row, Doctors of BC has been named one of the top 50 Best Workplaces in Canada, ranking at number 20 by Great Place to Work. View the whole list here.
 
This achievement reinforces our strong workplace culture, service-driven team and commitment to making a difference for our doctors. 

As an organization, we work hard to support our members with relevant services, advocacy and programs, so they can provide excellent patient care to the people of BC. Our mission to make a difference for doctors so they can make theirs, is especially important now during the COVID-19 healthcare crisis.
 
Over the past eight years, our employees have participated in the Great Place to Work surveys, which help guide our development as a high-trust culture – something that is integral to our success as an organization.
 
The feedback from the surveys has shaped our organization for the better and helped us to improve the way we work with each other, or doctors and our partners.
