Do you know about Cookies?

Do you know that Case Matters?
When entering your username or password in the www.doctorsofbc.ca login form letter case matters. This means that the password mypassword is not the same as MYPASSWORD nor is it the same as myPassword.
Make sure you are using the correct case when entering your password.

Have you forgotten your Username?
To retrieve a lost username, simply click on the link titled "forget username" next to the login form (or Click here to go directly to the username retrieval page.).
On this page, enter your Member ID or your MSP number into the form provided. The system will then send an automatic email, with your username reminder, to the email address you have registered with www.doctorsofbc.ca.
Have you forgotten your Password?
To retrieve a lost password, simply click on the link titled "forget password" next to the login form (or Click here to go directly to the password retrieval page.).
On this page, enter your username into the form provided. The system will then send an automatic email, with a one time only login link, to the email address you have registered with www.doctorsofbc.ca. This login link is only valid once, and if not used it expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can simply request a new one.
