Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Annual General Meeting of the association of Doctors of BC will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 commencing at 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM. View the agenda
The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Once again, members will have the ability to attend the Annual General Meeting either in-person at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, 655 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC – in the Regency Ballroom, or virtually through Zoom.
Attendees must be members in good standing and register in advance of 12:00pm on Wednesday, May 29. Registration has now closed.
Once registered, your membership status will be verified, and you will receive the link and instructions to join the meeting along with instructions on the voting process.
All registered members, regardless of how they attend, will have the ability to vote on all items using the voting link provided.
Pursuant to Bylaw 14.1(d) of the Association’s Bylaws, the purpose of the Business Session will be to conduct the business required to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting of the Association by the Societies Act and the Association Bylaws.
